Assembly |
All of our machines are custom built
by hand. We give them a thorough burn-in diagnostic test to ensure
that your system is running perfectly before it leaves our facility.
Our normal prep time is 5 to 7 business days, but we have priority
and rush service available if you need a computer fast.

Warranty |
All of our systems come with a minimum
1-year parts & labor warranty. If any of the components in your
system (CPU) fail within the first year, we will replace or repair the
component at no additional cost to you. You can optionally extend
this warranty to 2 or 3 years, but you must do so at the time of
your purchase. In addition, even though we warranty the
system for only one year, many individual components (such as
monitors and hard drives) come with longer manufacturer's
warranties. In such a case, we would be happy to handle the return
of such covered components to the manufacturer on your behalf at no
additional charge, minus shipping and handling costs.

Phone
Support |
We offer limited technical phone support
between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. Our
technicians also carry pagers in the event of an emergency. We do
have 24-hour support available for a small additional fee. If you
opt for our National On-Site Service plans, 24-hour service is
available through a 3rd-party National Technical Support center.

Standard On-Site Service |
If
you purchase a standard on-site service option with your computer,
you will receive the same quality service provided by other major
national computer dealers, like Gateway and Dell. If you are
experiencing a problem with your machine, you call a toll free
technical support center where a technician will attempt to diagnose
your problem over the phone. If they determine an on-site visit is
necessary, they will schedule a service call. In most cases, for our
WNY customers, the technician that will service you on-site will be
an Amicron technician.

Preferred On-Site Service |
For our clients who do not wish to spend
time on the phone with a technical support center, we offer our preferred
on-site support. This is Amicron's own unparalleled local on-site
service. If you purchase a preferred on-site service option with your
computer, one of our own technicians will come to your home or
office to repair or replace your computer in the event of a covered
warranty problem. Our technicians are the best in the
industry. Our standard on-site service policy is that if we can't
fix it over the phone in 5 to 10 minutes, we send someone out - and
we're usually there the following business day. We don't keep you on
the phone for long periods of time trying to fix your problem. We'll
come right out and look at it, or pick up your computer at a
convenient time for you to bring it back to our shop for
diagnostics.

Delivery
& Installation |
If you live in the WNY area, you can opt
to have your system delivered to your home or office for a small
fee. We can even set your computer up for you. If you're outside the
WNY area, we can ship your system to you via UPS ground or US Mail.
Next-day shipping is available for an additional fee.

Maintenance |
Just like it's important to have your car
tuned up every 3000 miles, your computer requires regular
preventative maintenance as well. We have a service called PCDoctor
which we recommend at least once a year. With your system purchase,
you have the option of pre-paying for your 1-year PCDoctor checkup

Training |
If you require training, we've got you
covered. We can enroll you for one of our Intro To PCs
classes in our training facility, or we can provide on-site training
for you when we deliver your computer. We also offer training beyond
the introductory level. Click

Internet
Service |
Need Internet service? We are a provider
of local Internet dialup and DSL service starting at $9.95 per
