About Amicron Certifica

Regular customer data can be stored for easy retrieval. There is a manager menu for setting up the program, and for storing system options.

 

Certifica is designed to be easy enough that someone with very little computer knowledge can enter gift certificate information. Simply pick the certificate type from a list of pre-defined certificates (which the manager can create or edit), and select the purchaser and recipient (again, from an optional list of customers) or type in their information. When finished, click on the printer icon to print a certificate in one of several styles.

 

 

Managers can create custom certificate types which employees need only pick from a list to fill out their gift certificate information.

 

 

 

You can store information about repeat customers, such as name, address, phone number, and notes pertaining to this customer.

 

 

 

And, of course, you can customize Certifica with your company's information. Even your logo can be entered into the database and automatically printed onto laser or inkjet gift certificates.

 

 

 

There is also a highly customizable list of system default options for you to control. For example, you may not want your employees to be able to delete gift certificates from the system, or print a certificate twice.

 

 

Certifica also comes with a highly sophisticated reports menu, allowing you to generate reports about your gift certificates the way you want to see them.
