The Certifica 2003 download is about 8 MB in size. Select "Save File To Disk." We recommend you save this file to your My Documents folder or wherever you save your important documents. Unzip it, and then just double-click on the MDE file.

Please note that this version of Certifica requires that you have Microsoft Access XP or 2003 installed on your computer. If you do not have Microsoft Access, you can download the free Access 2003 Runtime utility which will allow you to use Certifica:
