Need to build a presentation yesterday? This course will teach you how to create your slides, add graphics and charts, and customize your layout. We will teach you how to animate your slideshow, add sounds & narration, and package your presentation for the road. We will also teach you how to use graphics and objects from Word and Excel to enhance your presentations. We'll cover a little graphic editing using Microsoft Paint, and teach you how to build slides from the ground up.
PreRequisites: Windows Basics and Word Basics. Students should have a good understanding of how to use Windows, and a computer in general. Students should also how to use a word processor, like Microsoft Word, to create basic documents. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be helpful, but not required. No prior experience designing presentations is required, however it would be helpful if students have some experience with traditional (non-computer) presentations. |
