Computers play a vital role in your organization. Protect your investment, and your business, with a computer service agreement from Amicron Technology Services. Your service agreement ensures that a qualified computer technician is available for your business, should you have any problems.

Our Standard Services include computer repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and diagnostics. They also include our PCDoctor Preventative Maintenance Service. The price shown next to 1 hour is our standard hourly rate (currently $78). If you purchase a block of 5 hours in advance, your cost is only $73 per hour (a total of $365) which is a savings of $25. If your computers are time-critical, we offer a next-business-day service guarantee for only $59 per month (minimum 6-month engagement). This will guarantee that a technician is ready to respond to your service call on the next business day, provided we receive your call by 5:00 pm. Same-business-day and 1-hour-response guarantees are also available for an additional fee. As you can see, it is most cost-effective to purchase a larger block of time at our lower hourly rates.

Standard Service Pricing

Any type of service that requires one of our network specialists or software programmers is considered a Premiere Service. Our Premiere Services include network service or installation (Novell, Windows NT, etc.), custom software consultations or application development (Access, Excel, C/C++, etc.), or customized on-site or in-house training (anything aside from our normal prepared course material). Since these Premiere services require specially trained professionals, we cannot offer time-critical guarantees on them. If you purchase a Standard Service Agreement, you can still use your time for Premiere Services (and vice versa). We will simply pro-rate the hourly charges to the appropriate value. For example, if you have purchased a 10-hour Standard Service Agreement and require 2 hours of network service, each hour will count as 1.2 hours off your agreement.

Premiere Service Pricing

The cost of your service agreement covers service only, and does not cover the cost of replacement hardware, should your computer need repair. Also, the service rates quoted are for both carry-in and on-site service. For on-site service, each service call is a minimum of one-hour plus travel time to and from the customer's site (if outside of our free 10-minute driving radius - Amherst/Williamsville area). Carry-in service is available by appointment only.
