  2. If you decide to sign up for our service, and we'll send you a packet of information including technical support stickers for your computers, cards for your employees with all of our support options, and our special toll-free Preferred Support Plan number reserved just for members!
  3. You pay no monthly fee. You are not obligated to purchase a support plan, service hours, or minutes of phone support. You simply agree to pay for technical support or service when and if you decide to use it. Don't use it, and you'll never receive a bill. It's that easy.
