| This is it - the ultimate survival boot camp for those who need to learn Microsoft Office. We then spend a good deal of time learning the ins-and-outs of Word (word processing) and Excel (spreadsheets). We round out the course with the basics of Access (databases), PowerPoint (presentations), Internet Explorer (Web browser), and Outlook (email and scheduling). This is the perfect crash course for someone who needs to quickly learn all of the Office applications. Includes 1-hour break for lunch. The
pre-requisite for this course is Windows Basics. Students should have a good understanding of how to use Windows, and a computer in general. No prior Microsoft Office experience is required, but would be helpful.
Note: this is a SIX HOUR course. We usually run it during the day, but sometimes we hold it in the evenings. In this case, the first session is from 6pm to 9pm, and the second session runs the following week on the same night (two consecutive Tuesdays, for example.)
